Intellectual Property

Ms. Roussin is a paralegal with over 15 years of experience in various areas of U.S. and foreign intellectual property law.  Her duties include conducting preliminary patent and trademark searches and preparing and filing trademark applications and copyright applications.  She prepares documents and assists in matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and conducts investigations in copyright and trademark infringement matters, including research and preparation of cease and desist correspondence and settlement documents.  She prepares transmittal documents for filing patent applications and assists in prosecution of patent applications.  She also works with foreign associates to coordinate foreign trademark and patent filings and prosecution.
