Mr. Zpevak has more than 30 years experience representing clients in the regulatory, litigation, appellate and arbitration areas of practice, with special emphasis in telecommunications, information technology, regulatory compliance and commercial disputes. He has represented some of the largest communications companies in the United States before the Federal Communications Commission, filing more than 600 pleadings with that agency, and also before numerous state regulatory commissions and municipalities. He has also represented such companies before nearly every federal court of appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Zpevak has been a frequent public speaker, taught in Webster University's M.B.A. program, and is nationally and internationally published in the communications and regulatory fields. He also represents clients in arbitrated cases and is a member of the Commercial Panel of the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Zpevak is licensed to practice in Missouri and Texas, before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, before the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal for the Second, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
